The only way to be sure is too pull the door panel and see. They normally just tape it up. Also the GEM module needs to be put in, along with a fuse for the PL.

It looks like you would need a F19Z 14677-C (Obsolete) Door lock module(relay) which is located right behind the driver in the B-pillar and another module on the passenger side that looks to be part of the wiring harness.

You would probably be better off getting an AM version off of ebay.

i went to the pull a part and grabbed both power window assemblies and switches plus the kick panels out of a 1993.they didn't have an aero with power locks.i drilled out the three rivets of my passenger side manual crank and removed it.knock the pin out of the rivet into the door before drilling them.i bolted in the power assembly using holes already there. easy bolt in though i may use 1/4 rivets before i button it up.i tested the up and down using a twelve bolt drill battery.works great.theres no wiring for the
windows or locks in my doors.i will need to add all that but the hard parts done.i grabbed the 1993 kick panels because i have a 93 up power window[no hole]door panel im going to use.they won't work with the 1991 kick panel.it hits it.i was glad to see how easy the mechanical part of adding power windows was.

i grabbed two door harnesses and door lock motors out of a 94 today.i started on the passenger side.apparently ford didn't waste money including any not needed wires in the harnesses.theres no prewire for door locks or power windows.also the door lock linkage isn't set up for power locks.im going to need another trip to the scrapyard for the lnkage.afaik i need a power source at both window switches plus two wires between them.i was able to get the passenger side window to go up and down.i'll try to finish it tomorrow.
