I'm not sure if I asked this before but I keep finding 302s from cars to put them in a truck..... what's or is there any difference between truck and car 302s..thanks In advance
Depends on what year's you're asking about. Many years there's little to no difference. When there was, it was in cams or the heads (sometimes) Pretty much all shared the same short block assembly. (block crank rods pistons)

When I'm talking years , I'm talking late 60s to late 70s was intakes the same
Most cases the heads were the same too. Very few exceptions, like the 68 4 bbl 302, those used the older 289 head that was recast with an updated 302 engineering number.
