Originally shipped in a cardboard carton, later in a plastic bag.

Was there a part number listed in the ad, and/or the application?

Be aware that most sellers, unless they have the apropos truck parts catalog, have no clue what the part actually fits!

If there's a part number stenciled or on a paper tag, it could be:

C2TZ-16138-G (reproduced) = 1961/64 F100/600 - 1965 F100/250 4WD - 1966 F250 4WD

C6TZ-16138-B = 1966 F100/250 2WD

C6TZ-16138-C = 1965 F100/250 2WD - 1966 F100 4WD

Originally, the part number was stenciled onto the radiator support with white or yellow paint. I don't see a stenciled part number in the pics.

At some point, Ford used a white paper tag with the part number printed in blue, that was glued on. I don't see this tag.

What did the seller say the application was for?

Well I was going to say it looked like my 64 F350 rad support but mine has 3 rectangular holes down in the forward center of that lower crossmember where the grill/rock guards bolt into... this one has 2. Not sure what the inner fender brackets are that you refer to but those 3 holes kind of in a straight line on either side is where the inner fenders bolt on in the 61-64's

They did vary some. Here's the back (engine) side of the support from my 1966 F250 2WD. Close-ups of the angled brackets that support the aprons.
