I installed the Hellwig sway bar on the rear of my 04 Ex about a week ago. All seems well, but I have one question. My driver's side end link has about an inch or so of threads exposed, while the one on the passenger side doesn't. I'm fairly certain that I got the shock mounts back on OK with the centering hole over the nub on the axle on both sides and also have the top of the end links mounted in the correct location (mine didn't come with a rear sway bar for a reference point). Is this unusual? Should both links be the same length?

I do have the same question. Install went well just noticing the same thing
OK, here are a few pics of it. It seems like it's level and everything seems to be in the right spot and bolted in fine. Just the driver side end link has some threads exposed and the passenger side doesn't.
Just screw one side in and the other side out until they are even if it bugs you.
It's not a matter of it bugging me as much as I wanted to check with others who have installed them to see if I have everything hooked up correctly. There's no real way to adjust one side over the other as the holes are lined up where they're lined up on the bar. It's bolted tightly onto the shock mounts and doesn't have much play from side to side and I'm certainly not man enough to bend the bar.
When doing the adjustment the vehicle should be sitting level on the ground.
There should be no tension in the bar from side to side when finally bolted up.

Just a big thanks to everyone who replied. After looking at everything again and loosening things up to adjust them, I noticed that the passenger side shock support didn't actually have the hole centered over the nub on the axle. Once I loosened it up and put the jack under the shock and adjusted the support into the correct position, everything is now lined up perfectly. Both end links are the same length now.
Your leaf springs are fatiguing at a different rate. In other words... one spring is sagging more then the other. Make sure your on level ground (use a level) and inflate your tires evenly.
