Hose missing from emission object?
What is this object and is there suppose to be a hose attached? If so, where would it go to? 1994 F350, 5.8L, C6.

Nothing goes there, that "can" is a muffler to cut down noise from the smog pump exhaust... That thing has worried hundreds of people , so you are not alone!!!
