2000 E350 15 Passenger NO WINDOW OR RADIO FUNCTION

Hello. I've been searching things for the past week and I can't seem to find an exact answer to my issue. Thr other day I jumped in the van and rolled both windows down and when I went to roll them back up - nothing. Also the radio was dead as well. I checked and I have power up to and past the switch for the windows. Upon research I'm certain it's either the GEM Module or some time delay relay in the instrument cluster.

Problem is I can't seem to find the GEM Module!

Was it not used in the 2000 model year Fords? All tutorial videos describe it as being attached behind the fuse panel but that's not the case on mine. Only wires coming in from the back. The fuse box looks like it unclips on my van versus it being mounted with 4 fasteners on the newer models. I pulled another electrical box mounted through the firewall only to find out that it was the ECM aka the Computer for the van.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Welcome to the forum, Laze.
I didn't find a GEM module in the owner's manual. Someone here will surely know this answer. jim

I'd check the grounds before changing any parts

There is no GEM in that van---I have and daily drive the same year. Same with time delay etc as part of the instrument cluster. If you have Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) that module might be having issues, check Fuse #5 of the inside fuse box aka Central Junction Box or CJB.

Looking at fuse box diagrams of both under hood and inside cabin there are several fuses potentially affecting PW operation IF you have RKE. If no RKE Fuse #43 of the inside fuse box--a 20 amp circuit breaker--could be an issue.

Glad to help if we can----are any other devices or systems also affected now, not working?
