You do know those are called outlaws and there are tons of them on ebay for sale new at a cheap price. In fact even Discount tire has those for sale cheap.
I stripped mine with aircraft stripper. They looked amazing afterwards. My truck is not a daily driver. If it were, I would seal them or re-clear them.
You can leave them unprotected but you will have to polish them more often to keep the, looking nice. All of the spray options I have heard of leave less than desirable results. There is a product called shine seal that works well and is easy to apply. I will probably use it if I want to protect them.
What you clean them with depends on if they are clear coated or bare aluminum. Most factory wheels have clearcoat on them which makes them easier to clean until the clear peels off and discolors. At that point the best way to clean them is to use paint stripper and remove the clear and then polish them with good aluminum polish (I like white diamond). If the clear is intact soap and water will clean them up. Harsh wheel cleaners will eat into the clear.
Those look like nice sets of wheels. I have a set like that on mine but they have the push in center caps. I always thought they were original because the back caps had what was left of a . Also think they're wider too. With rivets
