2005 6.0 all stock, has had all the updates, I bought it a few months ago with 90k on it, ran an Oasis on it before I bought it, never had any problems or any thing major replaced, it has started to stumble when it is cold below 2000 rpms, it goes away after it gets to temperature. Any ideas?
and need to check fuel pressure at cold start
best to check these when the ruff runing condition exists
watch oil make shure its not making oil this is what mine was
run ruff till warm wouldnt shift right ect... found I was making oil and injector o-rings were leaking fuel till it warmed up and the Injector o-rings sealed up
chaged injector orings problem solved
have you changed your oil and fuel filters in awhile
I use an SGII to watch this stuff except fuel pressure and egtand egt has nothing to do with your problem
check injector buzz all should be strong buzzz have someone cycle the key
I have an edge programmer that I bought from my buddy, he took it off his 6.0 when he sold it, it has an egt probe and will monitor 8 things at a time, i haven't installed a tune yet on my truck, i have heard bad things about the edge plus I bought an extended warranty with the truck, and I don't want to risk voiding that.
FCIM has been at 48- 48.5 volts I recently had the oil and fuel filters changed at the dealer hoping that would help, it didn't.
