Brake parts interchange
I'm have a problem with the parking brake on our 65.
We took it apart and found that the spredder bar on the passenger side is not there, that's why the parking brake won't hold.
The one on the drivers side is there.
The bar,spring and washer are missing on the passenger side.
I can't find the parts anyplace,
Do you know if the parts from a newer truck will fit?
Or will we have to make replacements?

Pic: The link (spreader bar) is basic part number 2A642, the spring is basic part number 2A601, but what washer are you asking for?
