Hey,
We have almost finalized purchase but the dealer quoted us what I feel is quite high for the ESP. They are quoting 4700 Canadian for the 6/120 000km protection plan.
I was expecting somewhere around 1500. Can anyone share their thoughts or experiences with the Ford Protection Plans?

That seems a bit high. I believe that I got an extended warranty, ESP, wheel/tire protection, and key loss protection for about the same amount. It increased my payment by about fifty dollars per month but in my opinion it will be worth it. The difference may be due to sales in Canada and the dealership may be using a different company than mine.

The Ford ESP is good for all of North America. That means me being a USA citizen and have ESP I bought in the USA, then the Canada or Mexico Ford dealers will honor it. Same goes if you buy it in Canada, the USA or Mexico dealers will honor it.
Contact the two sellers (Ford dealers) and see if they can sell you a package and have your vehicle inspected in Canada if required.
