99 Expy A/C Issue

99 Expy A/C Issue
When I have my A/C on max I have a few problems that Im hoping I can get some help with.
1. Smell of antifreeze, I think.
2. Water runs into the passenger floor board. Seem to be accumulating in the floor vents(I turned the floor vents on and it blew the water into both floor boards). Doesn't look like plain water, has a reddish tint to it.

Heater core.
You have a heater core that has a slight leak. It will also show up as a mist or fog coming out of the defroster vents when on defrost.
Replacement of the heater core is needed.

The drain may be plugged as well. However if there is an antifreeze smell (And non-clear water) that didn't happen because the cooling system was intact. The cooling system with antifreeze has been compromised with a leak of some type. Typically a leaking heater core.
