Do you have any "real" codes? If you don't, I wouldn't worry about it.
If its failing something in the emissions data, I won't pass smog. This is California. It doesn't change after the vehicle warms up the sensor reads the same regardless.
They are OBD readiness monitors. Torque should have them listed somewhere.
Are you talking about the readiness monitors that all have to go through driving cycles so you can smog your vehicle? They are all in the green, ready to go.
But that only indicates that those monitors have gone through enough cycles to test, not that they are saying there isn't a problem.
I'm interpreting that as the O2 sensors being very difficult to switch to the "rich" reading. I'm not too familiar with Mode 6 diagnostics.
Are you getting any "normal" error codes? Pxxxx codes? All the I/M monitors are complete?
I'm not sure what a "cheap" oxygen sensor is. There are only a few manufacturers of O2 sensors, and most of the ones at places like Autozone are big names like Bosch, Denso, NGK and Delphi.

They are labeled as Ultrapower. Some systems are sensitive to off brand sensors, and while they may be designed to function the same, they use different materials and just arent. I learned that the hard way with both bank 02 sensors on a Toyota Highlander v6. Anything but Denso caused CEL's.
I already have the 02 sensors on the way, I got all 3 Motorcraft sensors for under $50
