Transmission mount
Transmission mount
Hey guys my bell housing has to tabs and they almost line up with the original transmission cross member. Was wondering if any makes the mounts to go between the bell Housing and k member..the motor and trans are out of a 63 f100.
Thanks dan...

I'm pretty sure you'll need a different front motor mount to get your mounts to line up. I tried to use a 64 F100 mount and it didn't allow everything to line up properly. Maybe Numberdummy will chim in and tell you what front mount will work.
You can get the rear mounts from most of the F100 parts suppliers. Truck Parts and Truck Accessories

Look at the "ears" of the bell housing to see whether they use a "donut" or rectangular shaped insulator.
Thanks number dummy..I didn't get the mounts when I got the transmission but it looks like the square ones will work...would mid fittty sell them or lmc

I've never dealt with LMC or Mid 50's, but Carpenter should have them.

Hi Dan,
Just a suggestion but it would help if you put your vehicles description in your signature block so we know how to answer your question.
64 F100 2wd 351w swap bellhousing/trans mount
Are there any bellhousings that will allow me to mount a 351w to original 3 speed trans? I see the stock bellhousing mounts just like you have shared here. Thanks in advance
