"Stalling" issues..HELP, in a time crunch!

"Stalling" issues..HELP, in a time crunch!
So I also posted in the Excursion section, but was told probably get some better input over here!
So a week ago added the FRx and HPX, ran great for two days. Then I started getting a "miss" 45-55MPH is the most noticeable. For some reason with my chip when I hooked up the BT dongle and opened Torque Pro..my engine would stumble and die. Removed the chip last night and TP is working...though I am having trouble getting the logs. Regardless everything looks within specs except for my FIPW...at 45-50MPH it is anywhere from 2.7-4.2. I need to double check the ICP, but I am sure it is within specs. The only other thing I came up with is the IDM....Any other suggestions? I really appreciate everyones's help.
