From Chevy to Ford...
I live in the Junction City area and I am a professional driver. Recently purchased my second Ford Truck and I love it more than my first.
My first Ford was a 1976 F-350 Super Cab. Had a lot of fun with it, but being a 2WD was a bit of an issue.
My 'new' truck is a 1989 F-250 Lariat XLT. This one has a standard cab but is 4WD which to me is the big thing.
I do a lot of outdoor sports (Hunting, Fishing and Camping) and need something that can get me into and out of 'off the beaten track' areas. I also wanted something that can pull my 30' 5th wheel and a half ton just won't do it.
In short, I have trucks for a reason...I put them to work. No pavement pounders for me.
Also, I am an amateur radio operator (General), a musician and Civil War Reenactor. So, my hobbies sometimes require a truck instead of a little car.
Anyway, that's pretty much me in a nutshell.
