Yeah, show a picture of the edge of the disk. Look for broken springs in the disk. Almost looks like grease thrown from the main shaft spline out onto the clutch friction surface and has glazed it. Looks to me like the flywheel has been surfaced recently. Close up pictures of all friction surfaces needed. Show the pressure plate.

Here's the edge.
And close up on the surface. I don't see any grease just my fingerprints. There is grease everywhere inside the Bell but the clutch was working fine before the starter went.
If you need to replace the clutch and pres. plate, I recommend Ft Wayne Clutch. The fine folks on this forum suggested them to me. I shipped them my old clutch (11") and pp and had great looking replacements within seven days. They'll never be easier to replace than now.
Looks to me like the PP, and flywheel have been surfaced. Disk looks to have lots of meat left. Was the clutch giving problems? If not, clean all surfaces, bust the glaze on the disk and run it. Show detailed pictures of the three contact forks on the PP and inspect it closely for broken springs or obvious wear.

I really don't see anything except oil / grease slung around over the clutch. Any on the friction surfaces can cause chatter. I believe I see oil / grease traces on the PP. If it were mine, I believe I would clean it all, removing all the grease / oil. I would use brake cleaner. Of course, new or rebuilt parts would be better as Ross suggested.
Honestly, I can't see replacing any of that, except maybe the pilot bushing/bearing, and possibly the release bearing. (not shown) I agree with Ray, clean it thoroughly with brake cleaner and only fix what's broken -- what a concept!
My only concern is that you have not found out what caused the unusual wear on the ring gear. Drivers who try to start the engine when it is already running will take out the teeth on the front side but usually in half moon sections but I don't see that wear pattern on yours. It looks like for some reason your starter bendix may not have been disengaging completely. Maybe the starter is cocked? Check the mating surfaces.
When you reinstall the clutch make sure that you use a pilot tool to center the clutch disk before tightening down on the pressure plate. The tools are cheap and available at most suppliers (Mac's, Speedway, DC, etc.). You can use an old input shaft too.
Pete, I think this kind of wear is common with the bendix Ford used. The starter is spinning BEFORE it engages the flywheel. Compare to the GM style where the solenoid pushes the pinion into the flywheel, THEN energizes the starter.
