Saginaw conversion HP line
I have a saginaw PS pump and bracket in transit from ebay but the high pressure line from it was no good. I found an old thread where the high pressure line in the link below from Autozone worked as a replacement. I've also read that the existing F150 line worked for someone. There seems to be some conflicting accounts on this line. Can anyone who has done this conversion and had to get a new line or use the existing one tell me for sure? Thanks.

The high pressure hose fitting is different, you'd need one from an econoline, or take your original hose to an auto parts place that does hydraulic hoses, and show them what you need. My local CarQuest made them on the spot for another vehicle

The old Cardone 'upgrade' pump that is NLA used a hose from a 1977 F250 4x4.
I ordered it in, it was wrong....
I then used the van I got my pump from to order a new hose ($17!) and bent it around to fit my steering box.
