I'm trying to sell a 2001 Lightning engine I have to a guy that has a 2000 truck with a blown engine. My engine is complete from throttle body to exhaust manifolds but I only have the engine compartment portion of the harness to the plugs. I don't have the portion of the harness that would be in the cab or the computer. His truck is complete. He's concerned that my engine won't work in his truck. I'm thinking that he can use his harness and computer on my engine and should be good. I'm hoping some of you guys can give me a for sure answer and possibly be willing to speak to him or myself on the phone to explain what would need to be done to make this work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

I don't understand why he thinks your engine isn't compatible and won't work. Just tell him to drop it in.
