Sound system help

I have a 2012 f250 xlt, with the xlt premium package. And I've got 2 JL 10s, in shallow truck boxes, and an amp sitting around, and was curious as to how difficult it would be to hook them up in my superduty.

Factory radio? They don't have the pre amp out plugs for an amp. So, in order for you to do it, your amp will need to have the high impedance inputs to work. In simpler terms, newer amps have 2 ways to input the signal from the radio. The RCA plugs are low impedance and the high impedance plug you tap injto the speaker wires for the signal and it should work just fine. If your amp has it, it should be labeled as such.

If your Amp doesn't have speaker level inputs, then buy a speaker to pre-amp line-level-converter.
