Probably more like a cluster change for an electronics issue, but I believe they are only required to correct the odometer readings to the existing one, but no law about the hours.
^^^^^ Now that's funny . So Preston: how fast have you got 'er up to?!
My bet would go with an engine change, or maybe cluster change could reset it? Do you have much history on your truck? Be pretty sweet to know you had like less than 30K miles on it
I kept doing the math, and thats the same numbers I was coming up with. LOL! I knew there was a reason I have the handle Silverbullet.

I have only broke 95 mph so far. I haven't really had a chance to let her rip. Now you got me thinking Scott, I might have to take a back road home.
There isn't much info on the trucks history, other than 2 previous owners. Just by looking, I can tell it had the FICM replaced before, it had an EGT gauge at one time, it had a reman turbo installed, it use to carry a fifth wheel of some sort (holes in bed), came with Firestone Airbags, and instead of a front leveling kit they installed F-350 coils. Or so it looks.

I'm at 130,000 as of yesterday and my Hour meter is right at 4000, Your truck most likely has a different gauge cluster for some reason, the mileage is accurate because they are required by law to set it to the cluster they're replacing.
