i want people to know its a IDI not power stroke and I know someone who makes decals so I need some input on the layout of the letters 1,2,or3. I know the main purpose of this website is the mechanical side but My truck has never been pamperd so thought I would try it out

I've always liked the International Harvester logo:
Something like this:

But I've never figured out something that would be "IDI" specific, and look good.

dont even know what an IDI is.

if you wanted people to know you have a IDI, i would get a powerstroke sticker and put a red circle with a line through it.

i did the same with my muscle car, its a 1968 tempest, and everyone always mistakes it for a GTO. so i had a cartoon goat on the fender, smoking a joint and it was crossed out.

 

I'd say find the old diesel emblem that went on the bricknose and put one on each fender under the fseries badge

 

my rig is debagged, I even cut off the tail pipe expando- dohicky that comes on the diesel, so at a glance it looks like a gasser.
