Distributor O ring

I've got quite a bit of oil leaking around the distributor and I need to replace the O ring (if there is even one left). But I didn't have much luck disconnecting the wiring harness from it today. I quit before I broke the connector. What's the right way to get these apart? I was trying to pry the clips with a screwdriver and pull it apart, but I'd need about 4 hands to do it that way I think.

Does anyone know what size O ring I need? It's a 1983 300 I6, DSII.

I don't know the size, but am pretty sure NAPA will have it. They had the O-ring for my '84 351W. Not sure if the 300 takes the same size, but even if different, I bet they'd have it.

Tried to find it on their website but couldn't get it to display your engine for some odd reason.

Thanks! I found some tools on ebay for the electrical connectors, I hope they work

The plastic is so old now, the latches on the connectors will break, no way to get around it sometimes. They usually hold together fine without them though when you put it back together.
