Magic Air heater

'52 Magic Air heater for the modified truck ( a '52 also ) which is nearing completion . Finishing up the interior , a little carb tuning , hang the LF fender & install the smooth running boards then it will be show time w/ both trucks . The motor cover emblem is a NOS item .

pics .One off custom machined license plate frame ( old plates are 6 1/4 x 13 3/4 " ) , one off bed rail plugs , custom made carbon fiber trans cover ( weighs 19 oz. ) Seats are from an '85 Chrysler New Yorker ( drivers is 8 way elec., steering column is from an '80 Caddy Eldo ( no column shifter ) dome light is '76 chev. Caprice . Engine is '68 428 slight cam improvement , cast iron exhaust headers , NASCAR reworked 780 Holley carb , . Cobra LeMans valve covers , C-6 rear w/ 3: 50 gears out of a '70 Ford 1/2 T truck , Custom made exhaust system w/ old Hooker show tube lake pipes ,Smooth running boards ready to install , mega chrome & stainless , custom made rear under carriage cable type spare tire carrier ,relocated battery tray . Under seat panels will have an inlay on each side in quilted maple on American ribbon mahogany w. a custom made curved console in quilted maple .Bed wood is ash with a light oak stain , 3 coats of sealer 320 sanded and 8 coast of alphatic urethane with 16 hrs. of block sanding between coast .They look like wet glass !

Abe , first of all I do not smoke , drink or do any type of drugs have an understanding wife who gets the end result ( car shows ) I.E being able to remove oneself from the daily routine and enjoy the hobby / disease . Being able to do this requires devotion & sacrifice . It has all paid off . Having my own business w/ low over head helps tremendously . We owe no one anything . Everything is paid for & uncle Sam contributes monthly .We are doing well . Have one more ride to complete then I am done building . The 426 marine wedge bored to 440 w/ 6 pack crank , rods , intake & carbs .The 23 T which will be called the IN10SIT Intensity .Of course it will be red .Will post some pics soon .

Is there a particular reason you swapped the positions of the speedo and gauges?
