Rough idel

Hi everyone yes i know i have posted a lot this past week and i am glad for every ones help but something new after replacing the fuel pump and fixing the tranny coolant line and replacing all 4 breaks and transfer case issues. and thanks for all the help on all them but not when i start the truck it hard to start and the idle is rough but when it warms up it seems to get better but still miss fires now and then so i was thinking could it be a bad O2 there is now "CEL" because the battary was dead (installed a new one) and the truck has not been on the road yet (want to get everything fixed first) and update on the door alarm will be working on that tomorrow thanks for the help in advance almost forgot 2002 explorer 4.0L "E" for the vin 4 wheel drive 124k on it thanks

that's going to be a tough one without the code... could be one of a dozen different things......... I bet its not a O2 sensor .
---
look more at air sensors - coil - spark plugs.......... but you need a code.
