Trailtech tilt deck
Just curious anyone on these forums owns a trailtech tilt deck pintle hook trailer? I just picked one up from auction for 1700$ that doesn't look to be in too bad of shape. 20 footer. Not the prettiest but I want it to move some stuff around if needed on my acreage so its not going to get much usage. Looks like I may need to get a few deck boards but overall not bad shape. Good buy or not its mine now gotta pick it up in the next day or two.

$1700 sounds good if it's in decent shape, those trailers get used pretty hard by guys that beat on them and most likely do very little maintenence. I would get underneath and tighten spring and shackle bolts and lube whatever needs it. The tires are usually the culprit on all trailers be it 5th wheel, closed cargo or equuipment. Seems like all the mfg's use the crappiest chinese chit the can buy, might want to look at yours for tread seperation and sidewall bubbles.
