The noise is from the torque converter or in my case also the pump. The tech damaged both during assembly. The result was a new torque converter and pump. Same thing at about 50 percent of temp it squeeks, it doesn't change either when in gear or with throttle.

I have scheduled for a second look at another ford dealer on the 5th. Do you have any idea on what to have them look for on the torque converter? was there external damage or was it internal?
When a motor goes bad and Ford is paying for it do we as a consumer have to use
the steelership to do the work ? Its my opinion that you would get a better job
done elsewhere. My local ford speedshop for instance can smoke the dealership for
service and attention to detail and wont skimp along the way like dealerships do

You must use an authorized Ford service Department. There are standalone Ford service garages, but the training from what I understand remains the same. The technicians must be Ford certified technicians.
I just got off the phone with a supervisor from Ford customer service. Again they just reiterated that all workmanship related issues remain a matter between the customer and the dealership owner. I will be sending a certified letter giving them one more chance to make things right before I take them to court. It is worth noting that you should ALWAYS talk to a supervisor if you arent getting the results that you deserve. Though I still didnt get the results I was looking for, the 2 previous people I had talked to at Ford wrote a terribly summarized report of what I told them. The supervisor told me it was 3 small paragraphs long and made it sound like it was my fault that the truck is still messed up. By the time the supervisor was done, he said he had pages worth of information documented. But from this point out in their investigation, Ford would no longer be allowed to give me any more information. It is all between myself and the Dealership now.
I will update again after the second opinion on the 5th.
