95 7.3 won't start

I have a 95 f250 7.3 that won't start I replaced the fuel pump,valve cover gaskets and pig tails and it has new injector o- rings and its getting fuel out of the bleader screw but it acts like it wants to start every now and then. i dont like to use it but if I spray a little eaither it will start for about 5 seconds then die it has Wight smoke coming out of the exhaust! what do you think it is? Thanks

Have you checked the glow plugs, relay, etc?

Another quick test, I'd also pull off the HPOP res plug and make sure oil is up there. Is your fuel bowl full of fuel as well?

Yes I but a new glow plug relay on it as well I forgot to say that and ya I just pulled the plug and it was full

"New" doesn't mean "working". Have you TESTED the glow plug system?
