The codes refer to the ECM trying to richen the fuel mix to compensate for a lean mix which you've covered some of the bases. You really need a scan tool to watch the data stream in live feed ( engine running and warmed up) . You might check the coolant sensor both cold and hot to see if it's stuck in the cold cycle along with the engine temperature ( thermostat ) .
Here's an article which might help- Part 1 -Troubleshooting P0171 and P0174 (Ford 4.0L V6)
Looks like it may be the fuel pump. 20 psi with just the key on and 39 psi running. From what I can tell it is supposed to around 65 psi. That would certanly result in a lean mix
Not familiar with this particular EFI setup. Does it have a return line to the tank? If so, pinch the hose off (gently) with padded pliers. If that jumps the pressure up, it indicates a faulty fuel pressure regulator.
I replaced the pump assembly in the tank. The pressure control valve was also in the tank. Pressure now is 63 PSI and the codes are gone. BTW, I removed the bed first and it made removing the tank to replace the pump MUCH easier. Runs better than it has in years.
