IMO, Dennis Carpenter. Over these many years I have purchased items from majority of the Ford part supplier's and when it comes to Rubber products found DC offers the best quality, and usually find the item is made to fit. They offer the windshield gasket for the Custom Cab, which includes the groove for the windshield stainless steel trim, and the standard gasket without the groove.
Believe it's correct whether one uses a sealant for the installation or not. Had mine done in shop numerous years ago and they used a sealant; perhaps because the stainless steel trim was include, or not??

They will ask if it's a Standard or Custom Cab/Ranger, as the windshield weather strip is different.
