Rear drum brake problem

Had all new parking brake cables put on and now my driver side brake keeps self adjusting to the point that it's so tight it will heat up the drum and wheel too hot to touch. I backed it off to where it should be and all was fine on a 10 mile drive home. Hooked up my camper and used the parking brake and now it's way too tight again. Everything looked okay with all the hardware and adjusters. Any suggestions?

Are the levers that turn the adjusters on the right side? They should have an "R" and "L" on them.

I didn't look but should be, they didn't do this before. I will have to check in the morning.
