Unless you're trying to incorporate it so it ONLY goes off with the alarm system. That will require some extensive programming knowledge so it knows which horn to trip when.

Simple version IMO would be to wire a switch in to the ground for the aforementioned relay (I'm a fan of ground wires to in-cab switches over hot wires), that way when you park you can just flip the switch. With the switch not engaged, the relay won't ground and the siren won't go off when you have to honk at some nimrod driver.
If I could FIND the wire I would use it to power another system. But, looks like Ford did not include it in any diagram.

Which specific wire are you looking for?

Assuming the wire exists, of course its in a diagram, but you have to know WHICH diagram to look at.

I have reviwed both the Anti-Theft & Horn/Ciger Lighter diagrams in the Helm manual. Niether refer to the other. Suggestions as to which other diagram may detail the signal/voltage from Anti-Theft to horn?

Then, please enlighten us from your position on high...

What system provides power, or a signal, to the HORN when the alarm/Anti-Theft system is activated? Is it MAGIC? Is there a gnome that lives in Excursions whose purpose to bellow a sound that is remarkably the same as the installed horn? Do our vehicles receive a signal from cellular towers or satellites that sounds our horns when something happens? Or, is there another component that heretofore has been unknown to us that makes this magical sound?

Please, tell us JUST HOW does the alarm/horn work with the Anti-Theft System?!

The keyless remote system activates the HORN on the 2nd lock press - nothing to do with PATS.

PATS decides IF the key being used should be allowed to start the ENGINE - will NOT activate an alarm system, trigger the horn, ....

I believe that there is a nomenclature disparity and misunderstanding of systems operations here, for which I accept responsibility. Therefore, I will rerack the question.

When the "Panic" button on the fob is depressed, what system causes the vechile horn to cycle on and off?

Hopefully, this clears this up for you?

The '00-'07 Super Duty pickups which do NOT have the PATS system - but HAVE the Remote Keyless Remote option, have a "panic" button on the key fob, that when depressed activates the horn to cycle on and off??

In the '05 Wiring Diagram book, the "Vehicle Security Module" (VSM) is tapped in to the same wire from the Horn on the steering wheel that energizes the Horn Relay located in the Central Junction Box. The VSM also controls the parking lamp relay, headlights, door locks, etc.

He does have an SUV, not a pickup. The SUV always had PATS (all years).
