Apart from replacing it you could try cleaning all the paint off and clamping it back together then use that aluminum brazing rod they sell at swap meets to fill it all back in and maybe add some material and then re-drill the holes? To make it even stronger you could also wire wrap it with aluminum wire from the base out to the holes and just past them THEN braze over all that with the aluminum rod and I bet it would be pretty strong. Same thing though just fill it and then re-drill and clean up the inside with a dremel.
