I just recently as of today signed up for the Ford Forum I have a 06 F250 5.4 liter 2 wheel drive that trailer lights are not working brand new connection for everything on the truck except for at the fuses I can't seem to find a form or a diagram since I lost my owner's manual to show me exactly would be the main one I would check. It's definitely not the trailer actually wiring hookup itself because all that was redone the trailer lights work on other trucks as well

4 Pin or 7 Pin trailer connector? With an assistant, see if each circuit works by having them hit the turn signals, brakes, etc while you check the trailer connector with a test light or multimeter.
My trailer subharness was in poor shape after 20 years. Corrosion got into some of the wires and ate them from the inside. Had to splice in fresh copper and rebuild the 7 Pin connector with new terminals and screws. On the Trailer battery charge wire, it showed over 2000 ohms resistance. When I cut it, all that was there was blue fluff instead of copper.
