I have everything unbloted to remove the fenders except the lower 2 fender bolts that have to be accessed with the door open. The issue is someone before me broke the retaining clip that holds the bolt so it spins. I used jb weld epoxy let it set and cure it just breaks free and the bolt spins. How do i get it out..its a little to tight for my dremel.
Well I was going to say dremel but you said cant get it in there.
Off the top of my head maybe drill the head of the bolt off.
Say start with a small bit say 1/8" in the center of the head and drill down just a little below the hear of the bolt.
Then use a larger drill, then larger till the head of the bolt falls off or can be chiseled off.
I will also look my trucks over to see if something else can be done too.

I hit it with sand paper and put more jb weld on.. Ima aim for breaking the head off the bolts, hiting the fender with a grinder and go back with stainless bolts
I ended up getting one off with a prybar and racheting it off. The other one I used the prybar and got the fender far enough to get the dremel in cut half spun it and cut the other half.
Good to hear you got it off.
When I saw your post just now it reminded me I was to look over my trucks if I could see another way to get it off.
Again when you put it back together normal bolts and anti-seize and the next time you need to remove the bolt it will come right out.
Use anti-seize on everything, exh bolts & nuts, drum brake adjusters are some of what I use it on.
