Rear upper fender bolt tricks

I have a 65 f250 4wd and working on taking it all apart and trying to get the rear upper fender bolt out but the clip that holds it broke. Any tricks to getting them bolts out?

Best way to get them out and preserve the sheet metal is to drill the head off the bolt. You will need a couple of aircraft length drill bits. I used 12 inch long ones. Drill in the depth of the head with a 3/32 or 1/8 bit then follow a 5/16 bit. if you are dead center the head will fall off. if you miss the middle you might have to remove the bit from the drill and stick the shank in the hole and break the head off. Worse case if it spins when you try to drill it you will have to take the door and door hinge out so you can hold the head will vise grips. Welcome an I hope this helps.
