Odd bucking behavior

Looking more closely, it appears that I do have the rear of the axle mounted monster tank that is steel. Wondering if there are plastic replacements for this tank as I have heard of the internal coating breaking loose, etc.

BTW. The engine starts right away and idles well. Also seems to be a bit rough running at 40+ MPH. Just also did an oil change, etc. Added Archoil AR9100, but will not road test until I replace the ICP.
