Weatherstripping

Well finally getting around to finishing my project on my 1975 f-250 XLT highboy regular cab. I'm looking to replace all the seals/weatherstripping on the windows/doors. Front windshield, rear, doors, door windows and vent windows. I've looked on a few different sites and just don't know the names of the seals and where they go well enough. Belt weatherstrip? Glass run?

My question is does anyone have a full list of what I will need to replace all these seals? And possibly know of a full kit? This forum is always super helpful and it's very much appreciated. Thank you!

JBG/Jeffs Bronco Graveyard has a nice kit.

Weatherstripping Kits, Truck-Broncograveyard.com

I uses this one, because my wing vents seals were ok.

Anti rattle or Door window seal- one on both sides of the window, where you rest you arm when driving. Held in place with small push in clips made into the seal.

Division bar or Division glass run- the bar you hold on to when driving and have the vent open. It is the vertical piece between the roll up and down glass and the vent window.

Here are some other names for them. Truck Parts and Truck Accessories

If you search the forum there are multiple topics on this very subject and the users debate who has the better kit. Lots of good insight in it. I'm approaching this project as well, so I'll be looking for that thread very soon too.

My 2 cents: I've got kits form LMC and Mac's Auto Parts. The LMC was not very good quality, I liked the Mac's kit better.

Bronco Graveyard had a great kit and was high quality. The manufacturer was Precision Restoration Parts. They have some videos on you tube on how to do some of the installs.

I bought the JBG kit and had issues with the door rubber being stiff and difficult to work with. Could not close doors after installation. Granted I did not order their high quality set, I bought the cheap one.

I ordered a new set from Dennis Carpenter and found the quality of rubber to be far superior and much more workable.

I hear the JBG high quality set is actually the same as Dennis Carpenter - maybe somebody in the know could verify.

I also got the full kit from Precision and found it to be of good quality and easy to install. I have heard nightmare stories about cheap sets.....
