Which heater core
I think I'll replace the heater core in my 68 (non-ac) while the interior is mostly stripped. Any aftermarket replacement will do or are some better quality? Anything else I should replace while the box is apart?

If you are ok with drilling out the pop riveted heater/damper assembly, you should purchase the heater seal kit. I got mine from NPD (Part # F-18565-6), appears to be good quality foam and seals.
