So I am on the last step of a C4 rebuild. I am planning on replacing the torque converter due to a lot of junk in the transmission when I opened it up.
Does anyone have any idea where to find decent torque converters for a case feed C4 with a 157 t bell housing???
My ultimate plan is to kinda shoptruck/ratrod this truck out. Would it be a good idea to have the TC flushed rather than replaced?

Stock motor or built? You might contact the tech numbers of the main players like Hugh's Converters. They can steer you right to one you need. They will want to know things like weight of vehicle, horsepower, cam specs, rear gear ratio, etc.
Roadrunner torque converters out of phoenix az call them. Great priced put a few in customers cars and they'll build it with whatever stall you'd like if I remember right
