Tires Rubbing After Installing Leveling Kit

I had my leveling kit installed today. Bilstein 2" leveling coils, adjustable track bar, 4" rear blocks, and shocks front and rear.

I have 295/70/18 tires on stock wheels that didn't rub anywhere before. Now at full lock to the left the drivers side tire just barely rubs on the radius arm. How is that possible? I was planning on getting 35s soon when these wear out but it seems like those would rub even worse.

Have you taken it in for alignment?

Would be my guess axle is not centered. I could be wrong but you should still go get it aligned.

^^ yep sounds like the adjustable track bar could use a little bit more adjusting.

They aligned it after they installed the lift. The guy even gave me the printout of the alignment. It drives straight and feels good.

Is it possible that they aligned it without adjusting the track bar to center the axle? If that's even possible, I'm not very familiar with alignments.

Okay I'm sure installing track bar is good. I'll give you my experience I installed a procomp leveling kit more than yours but also used drop track bar bracket. I didn't install a track bar took it for alignment and I'm running 35"x12.5x17 no issues. Sure yours are 18" but if done correctly I don't think you should be having rubbing issues especiall if it didn't rub before level kit. Something's off I'm convinced track bar and axle centering

The axle not being centered definitely makes sense. But I thought the purpose of the adjustable track bar was to correct this in order to get it aligned. It does drive straight as it is now.

I don't even feel it rub. It's just the side lugs of the tires barely touching the radius arm and I can see the mark on the metal.

I wonder if I should just leave it and have them adjust it when I get new tires, or take it back to them this week.

Take it back you paid for an alignment and if not done correctly your risking damages to your tires. Trust me my first level kit before the one I have now I decided to go cheap and not do alignment. I ended up buying brand new front tires only to find out 6 months later premature wear. Now fixed I still have those tires but I since upgraded to 35". No issues now and I hope to maybe sell off my old tires but it is hard when it's got uneven wear. Just do yourself a favor you paid for it go have it checked out again. This time be sure to tell them you have level kit installed and adjustable track bar so have them check it over again.

My 325 18 s. Rubbed before and after the 2.5 lift with stock tires , they rubbed at full lock too the left, offset rims will take care of it. I doubt that it's too the left, if your gonna spend a few hundred bucks to shift the axel left and not be centered under the truck add a few bucks get pretty rims but that's my opinion. The little bit of rubbin don't bother me

Thanks for the help and advice. I'll probably go back next week and have them check it again. I'm guessing it shifted after the lift and they didn't get it all the way back when they aligned it.
