So I have a 1978 F350 dually with a 460. I assumed it had a C6 tranny in it but when I was looking at a picture of the build sheet it said transmission cruise-o-matic. I thought these stopped in 1976. When I will get home I will check the bolts and markings. Was just wondering if someone new if they still called the c6 that on the build sheets.

 

Everything was a COM at one time, C4, C6, FMX, MX, maybe even C5s.
