I was just thinking it would be worth a call. There are more BroDozers in Arkansas than regular cars. Lots of them have been gear swapped for better or worse.
I have seen leather seats crack like that from non use and storage in non climate controlled environment. My father in law's Lincoln Mark 7 LSC that I sold for him had the seats turn to dust after sitting for years without being used. They cracked very similar to those pics. The miles might be legit, but those were some tough miles for sure.

Those seats look almost as good as the one for sale above that had "only" 48k
Not sure why someone wouldnt replace the seat skins on the low mileage one for a grand before trying to advertize it as low mileage. The interior sure speaks like cluster replacement or sitting outside for 10 years instead of a warehouse...also wear on the brake pedal sure shows like more than published mileage
