I feel like CA is it's own entity with the market. Anyways, don't want to argue values. Thought it had potential for somebody that looked nice and in the ballpark of offers. I never assume the asking price will be the selling price after I'm done with them.

... I have not found a single diesel OR gas in the Houston area with less than 180k on them. Diesels are all at $16k starting price. V10 4x4 and 5.4 4x2 all basically get lumped together in the 2500-4500 range. But again... the MILES
All the clean ones seem to be CA (with CA prices) and all the lower mile ones seem to be NE vehicles- which scare me.

What are you intentions for the truck ?? If you can find a nice V-10 4x4 with a 180K for under 5K you should jump on it !! They are good to go for 250,000 miles or better NO PROBLEM. I get wanting to find a low mileage X, I have 3, 100 k, 175K, & 199K Can't tell them apart by the way they drive though.
PS: What kind of odor you talk'n about, We talking dead body type stench ??? Buy some Lysol if not

Seems ridiculous- why would ANYONE read the OP in a 12 page thread titles "CL fond of the DAY?
Most times when a person checks out a new thread, the hope is for them to at least look at the first post.
Also, it's only 5 pages for me.
If you go to your User CP you can configure your details to allow the maximum number of posts per thread, which will cut down the number of pages of a thread when compared to the default setting.
I do not envy your job.
It's all good. The guys and gals here in the Ex forum are pretty self-policing, they make the mods job easy for me and Tor, really. In fact, that's why Mecdac sent you the VM about your Jeep. I'm sure he was gonna try and give you a heads up that advertising isn't allowed in the tech forums so my hand wasn't forced.
I try to tread easy and be extremely lenient when it comes to doing red fonted actions.

Yep, for once I'm the nice guy.
I recalled seeing an earlier post about having a JEEP and 'more or less' put 2 and 2 together.
I, on the other hand, would only go all in with Kings or higher.
I'm going tomorrow morning to look at them. He said there's no tears and in great shape but he doesn't have mounting hardware because he used it for the bench seat. If you still have 2 of those rims you could consider that dinner.
