Brake lights stuck on
Recently swapped out my steering column, but just realized that the BOO sensor at the top of the brake pedal is hitting the lower left mount of the new column, slightly depressing the pedal, and keeping the lights on. I tried loosening the 4 bolts on the column and adjusting it away from the pedal, but it didn't want to move. Anyone else ever have this problem?

Hmm I'm not very familiar with the steering column adjustment but when I took the column out of the F250, the sensor seemed to be clear up out of the way. I just took my Broncos column out today and it doesn't seem like the senor could be hitting anything either.
Did you just replace the column with the same one?

OK, got this fixed. There is no "up and down" adjustment on the column, but you can go "left or right" by about a 1/4" inch either way. Just had to loosen all the bolts and shift it to one side to clear the BOO switch.
