Extra Bolt After Turbo Installation

Just installed new Power Max turbo on my 2005 F350 SD 6.0. I got it all back together and discovered I had a spare bolt. I found it under the truck on the ground. When I removed the turbo I took out the 3 mounting bolts from the pedestal and kept them together. I did not remove any other bolts in removing the turbo. I did not drop a bolt. I have it all back together using the new bolts supplied in the reinstallation kit. Now I am afraid to start my truck up. the 3 bolts on the right in the photo are ones from the turbo mount. They all have PB Blaster or some other spray to loosen them up. The other has none. Any help or thoughts about the 4th bolt would be appreciated.

Randy

PS - I tried loading a photo of the bolts, but was unsuccessful. All four bolts are identical and 3 are turbo mounting bolts.

Maybe it was dropped during previous work and was sitting on top of the motor somewhere and you knocked it loose and it fell to the ground?

What about the oil supply line bolts? Or the little bolt that holds the wire harness clip to the side of the turbo?

You had to have removed at bare minimum one and most likely three bolts on the oil line to remove the turbo.

X2. Don't start the truck unless the oil line is bolted on both ends, with all three bolts: one on the filter base, two on the turbo.
