I got my dash pad from Dennis Carpenter, they are available in black or tan, they can be dyed to pretty much what ever color you want. My truck is blue and white but I want to eventually change the color, so over the course of a few years I changed the door panels to dark gray, the seat is from a 94 and is gray, so I went with the black dash pad.
The trucks a daily driver, and since I take the dog with a lot I have a dog proof seat cover on most of the time.
Very nice! That really dresses up the interior. Mine isn't trashed, just a bit wavy, but judging from your pics a new one would make a big difference. I would consider a dash cover to protect it from the sun.
I think that driver is worried that you'll figure out how the extra miles got on that truck.LOL
