Another fuse 4 frying thread
Ok so this just started happening, last week fuse 4 and 13 fried, and threw me for a loop, I change em out and my light problems along with flashing abs light are solved now today fuse 4 popped again and now it's instantaneous, it doesn't pop til the dash light come on so i guessing that I have a short with those lights? I have subs hooked up and the ground for amp is mounted under the dash but doesn't interfere with any wires the point had 25a instead of a 15a in slot 4, my dad told me if run a fuse with higher capacity than recommended I'll burn something up.. so where do I start?

So after posting this thread I checked all fuses under the hood, and after searching for the same problem I found a thread about the same problem that came up a month ago, I read that I should check trailer harness and wow did I find some hack job wiring consisting of twist ties and electrical tape, I took off the electrical tape, made sure those caps were tight, wiggled some wires and put my last 15a fuse in the #4 slot and is hasn't popped yet. .
