Had a drip on the garage floor so I bought the finned aluminum cover, 2012 F250 SRW. Got it installed and could only get about 3 qt in it is that correct. I scooped out what I could from the bottom wells on the sides. If I put more in it just runs out, wheels are on the floor. Cover does look nice but no one will see it with camper behind it.

I have been considering spending some money on one of those covers too. At one site (Amazon perhaps?) it looked like there might be a groove in the mating surface for an o-ring. Is that correct, or is the mating surface flat?

There is a groove in the mating surface but I have not seen a o-ring for the cover. I use the line as a guide to put the RTV around
I got the Mag hytec it had the reusable gasket I had done the black rtv twice and it started leaking again so i ordered the mag hytec no issues since. Plus before I thought it was ok to jack at the center after filing it I have not made that mistake ever again.
