Windshield - buy new. For the others, around here there are constantly ads on Craigslist for people parting out these trucks. I've seen pretty good glass at junkyards but haven't ever checked prices there.

Be very careful when you buy your windshield. When I bought they put a later model one in w/o me noticing. Unfortunately those have the VIN cutout in a different place, and the VIN can't be viewed from outside the truck. It was a real problem when I sold the truck.
