2003 f350 electrical

2003 f350 7.3 lariat. Aftermarket headlights don't work (halos), tailights won't turn on but will light when brake pedal is pressed, instrument panel and dash and clearance lights won't turn off no more. I read that a headlight switch could be the problem. Changed the switch, checked all fuses and relays everything tested good. I do have a draw somewhere but can't find a short no fuses are getting blown. Idk what to do next. First timer any help is appriciated

Idk what to do next.
Find someone who knows what they're doing and have them fix it.

That doesn't help the guy, but that's my solution when I come to a dead end with electrical issues.

Given the sketchy information he provided, it's painfully obvious he's out of his element. He needs someone who knows what he's doing to look at it. I just "cut to the chase" (getting to the point without wasting time).

Did you install the head lights your self? If so back track at what you did, maybe crossed some wires.
